(formerly SISENER INGENIEROS S.A.) since 2010, when we hired them for studies on the Marcona (32 MW) and Tres Hermanas (97 MW) wind farms, the first wind farms in Peru. These successful projects are still fully operational today. Since then, we have entrusted OP ENERGY with the development of various projects at different stages, with both conventional and renewable generation, always with successful results. We have known OP ENERGY CONSULTING S.A. (formerly SISENER INGENIEROS S.A.) since 2023, when we entrusted them with the studies for integration into the National Interconnected System (SEIN) and subsequently the Feasibility Engineering for our 400 MW Valladolid Solar Power Plant project, to be connected at 500 kV. This is one of the most important projects in our portfolio in Peru. Today, we have received approval from the System Operator for its integration into the grid, and we will soon obtain the Final Concession. Throughout the entire process, both in dealings with the Operator and in addressing observations and comments from the Ministry of Energy and Mines, we have relied on the support of OP Energy. OP ENERGY CONSULTING S.A. (formerly SISENER INGENIEROS S.A.) was selected years ago by us to conduct grid connection and transmission engineering studies for our two major hydroelectric projects in the country. These projects have already received approval from the System Operator for grid integration and the corresponding Definitive Concession (Alto Biavo Hydroelectric Plant), or are in the process of obtaining it (Huamuco Hydroelectric Plant). Now, with the significant growth of renewable energy generation, OP ENERGY has been selected to develop the grid integration studies for our largest photovoltaic generation project in Peru.
